David did a wonderful job helping my wife. Consulted with Oliver about VA claim. I wanted to appeal a decision for a new rating. This attorney was quick to respond to my online inquiry with a phone call. During the phone call he briefly explained what he would need for him to represent me (letter from doctor with specific information). I got the vibe that he is a very impatient man. He had a demeaning tone of voice when he clarified some confusion on the consultation call (he either doesn’t recognize this or he does it on purpose).
