He was the doctor oncall for IVCH to take phone calls after hours for my doctors office, he was the most rude doctor I've ever encountered. Prescribed me medication, didn't tell me what he was prescribing, yelled at me on the phone and told me it was like pulling teeth to get me to tell him what was wrong with me and promptly hung up on me. Take your healthcare elsewhere if you care about yourself at all.
Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. He walked in the room with an attitude that clearly said he didn't want to be bothered with all that I have going on. He downplayed everything I tried to say. Although i didnt get much time to say anything because he seemed to think he had me all figured out before i ever got to speak.I actually prayed for someone before the appointment that would be compassionate and hear me out. And I left in tears because I got completely the opposite
This doctor acted rude and unprofessional during the whole apt. I basically spent the whole apt watching him throw a temper tantrum in the office. I will never go back to him
Dr O'Donnell is the ABSOLUTE best doctor I have ever been treated by! First I must say he is a very compassionate Christian and boldly welcomes the presense God into his daily encounters with patients and staff!!!!! That ALONE was a game changer!!! His office staff was prompt, professional, curteous and got me in the office within 24 hrs of calling for an appointment.
