Went to test for sleep apnea. Had three separate co-pays of $60 each. Called beforehand to check my insurance covered it, then they billed me for a total of OVER $5000! Complete rip-off. I called them to dispute the charge, and they said they "wrote it off" my insurance, but it still appears as a claim, and if I had paid it they of course would have accepted it. No reason for that test to cost that much and why are they charging patients directly if they then are willing to write it off when someone complains? Fishy... You c... read more

They wouldn’t give me a CPAP prescription because they had to “update my file.” I asked my doctor in Florida and he said it should be for life. Apnea doesn’t disappear because your machine breaks! Just another way to rip off a patient for a doctors visit.

Dr Volpi refused to renew my prescription for a CPAP after my machine broke unless I came into the city for a new sleep study at his facility during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, this despite the fact that insurance was willing to replace the machine. Because of the holidays, I will have been without a CPAP for multiple weeks, putting my health at risk, and when I get a new prescription from my new ENT closer to home, I will no longer be under my 2020 deductible for insurance so it will end up costing me much mor... read more

Dr. Volpi office staff was very helpful my first visit there and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I came in and didn’t realize that I made my appointment for a different date and the staff made it possible for me to see the doctor anyway. As for Dr. Volpi he was very knowledgeable he listened to my concerns and checked everything to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this doctor.
