They are very precise and informative when starting your quote and joining as well. They make sure we're fully aware of every single thing, as well as keeping tabs and making sure we understand everything to the finest detail! Barely any questions asked, and when I did ask a very precise response always came through! 10/10 will recommend!!!
Do not recommend. Had to switch companies having over 16 vehicles that had overpriced coverage. Poor communication. Constant billing issues.
I worked with Tracey to set up a new policy, and she made it super easy. We went over bundling renting and auto, and she explained all the options. She also followed up to make sure my auto policy got finalized properly. I haven't had to wait long to talk to someone on the phone. Seems like a well run office!
