Customer service and bedside manner are something this location has in spades. Dr. Nelson, his assistant Anais, and staff member Vanessa were beyond patient. Allowing my daughter the time she needed to overcome anxiety to get through the appointment. And while I know this next bit is not normal and I do not claim the same for everyone, Dr Nelson was able to pull her teeth in full so she could keep them as she'd requested if possible. If I ever need work done for myself, I'm coming back to him.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nelson and his assistant Vanessa during my dental implant checkup. Dr. Nelson was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made me feel confident in how well the implant was healing and what to expect moving forward. Vanessa was kind, efficient, and helped make the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and attention from both of them—highly recommend this team if you’re looking for quality dental care!
I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Despite completing forms ahead of time, I waited well past my appointment to be seen. The assistant was clearly inexperienced—repeating painful X-rays, shoving the device in my mouth, and getting visibly frustrated when I asked questions. After over two hours, all they did was take scans and hand me a bill for thousands (even with insurance), aggressively pushing for unnecessary procedures. Excellent service, I definitely recommend this location! Dr. Vu and Edgar are always very efficient, and Krystal and Anto always receive you with a smile.
