Krystal at the front desk was very helpful, and very informative! Dr. Williams told me exactly what was going on with no confusion. RDH Regina was great and professional! Definitely the right choice in coming to them!!

Overall was a great experience here at URBN Dental - Uptown. The people here were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I specifically want to shoutout Chelsea at the front desk who assisted me in breaking down the payment structure and what to prioritize for my future appointments. The clinic itself is clean and nice, and the staff was professional. However, I was very uncomfortable with my experience regarding the treatment recommendations. I was told I had periodontal disease and that if I didn’t begin deep cleaning treatments immediately, I could lose my teeth. This was extremely alarming to hear, especially as a 34 year old who goes to the dentist every six months and has never been told anything like that before.
