Worst experience! Not caring!
Scheduled an appointment with David Mikhael in July for September. Spent over 30 mts on phone as their system was down providing insurance and all info. On the appt day at the office wad told that I dont have an appt as it was cancelled. After 10mts of investigation, was told that David Mikahel doesnt take that insurance. I can say a lot of things here but this should explain you the care and responsibility shown by Dr and his irresponsible staff.
This was my second visit with Dr. Mikhael. The first was unremarkable but tolerable, so I returned — this time with a well-documented case for weight-management treatment: qualifying BMI, a diagnosed condition, full lab work, and confirmed insurance coverage. I'd hoped for a collaborative conversation. Instead, I felt talked over and dismissed. It was a great experience. Dr. Mikhael was thorough, professional, and took the time to review my health concerns and answer all of my questions.
