I have been a nurse for 30 years and worked in ICU with Dr. B for greater 10yrs. He practices evidence based medicine with intelligence, empathy, humor, heart and soul. When my husband became ill, I never thought of another doc. Staff is wonderful! Happy, friendly, and super sharp. Everything runs smoothly.
Dr. Barrera makes you feel very comfortable. Going through cancer is a little easier when the staff makes you feel they care and are concerned.
Dr Barrera has been a great health partner throughout my journey with cancer. He's patient, takes time to answer all my questions & explains any of the medical jargon clearly so I understand any test results. The entire Texas Oncology team has been kind, courteous & understanding. I'd recommend them to everyone traveling down this path!
