After an extensive search we discovered/met David Mullican ... David listened to our objectives and quickly understood what we wanted ... he was thorough and patient with us yet, at the same time challenged us with new ideas/possibilities ... in the end he took our pie shaped lot and gave us three creative options that gave us everything we needed and wanted ... he helped us with our builder selection and the contract ... if we could give David 6 stars we would!!
