I hit it off with David from the first phone conversation we had! Our first in-person meeting was as good, if not, better. David has done a great job getting to know my husband and my taste, needs, and wants. I'm super impressed with his knowledge of construction and the industry as a whole. I'm in the midst of a long-running remodel, and had a change of plans...changing my focus from a house suited to my taste, to remodeling to sell. David did a two-hour consult before I started major demolition, and helped me work through some issues with the choppy existing floorplan. When finished, the revised layout will have a lot more light, long views through space, and meet buyer expectations.
