If you need a lender I highly recommend using David Mordue. He knows how to find the perfect loan program for each buyer, and works his hardest to make sure the loan always closes on time. He is also is super easy to get ahold of and is always available even for the smallest of questions. In the 10 years I have been a realtor David has closed multiple loans for buyers of mine.
