Mister Monge helped me with my primary home. I recently bought a house in Union City, TN although I was able to obtain cash to purchase property, I did not need loan anymore. But I am very appreciative of Mister Dave for guiding me through the process.
If I could give this guy zero stars, I would. The people that bought our house used this guy, he was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. He waited til the day before we close to tell our realtor that the buyers are going to have to go through another lender. Luckily, the buyers had cash instead. I would definitely not ever consider using him as a broker for buying a house. A monkey would be a better choice over this guy.
Nexa Mortgage has a great team that made our home buying experience magnificent.. David was so much help and i hade nothing to worry or stress about, he had everything under control and just as he said everything was done… if i ever buy another house, You guys will always be my first option 🫶.. My dream of having my own house became you all’s dream and i loved it♥️ Thankyou for being part of this Journey!! 💯 recommend
