Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to answer all questions with a professional response and was able to go into depth with options
Very professional, patient, and willing to explain the process and options with clients. I have used this firm for business and personal endeavors and always enjoy the experience.
David said he'd be happy to meet with us. We reached out to David 3 times to set up the meeting. He never responded and, after wasting a bunch of time, we finally had to reach out to a different office for our needs. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Update: We have received hundreds of dollars in late filing penalties. Currently trying to get the penalties waived. tl;dr: two years of IRS taxes were never filed, despite David being paid to prepare and file them. The backstory: I had taken our taxes to David Mills for the Tax years 2019, 2020, and 2021. No issues for 2019. We were expecting a Federal Return in Tax Year 2020.
