I originally gave David Millar Real Estate five stars after buying a property through them. However after owning the front duplex for four years and having to deal with them about problems that needed repairs on the back duplex that the owner asked me to follow up on they are lucky to get one star off me. They have not fixed one problem and have never called me back about anything. It's always we've got it under control and then nothing. A Sound and Professional Agency. We have had David and Lyn managing our Property for many years now. Always a pragmatic approach to the usual Tennant issues and Maintence problems. Kathryn is a good manager and communicator. She keeps you updated with clear explanations of the issues and potential solutions.
