Quick appointment. Dr. Wallace is very friendly and professional. Explained everything in understandable terms and answered all my questions. Took all the time needed for visit. Highly recommended.
I have seen Dr. Wallace at both the Nassau Bay and Pasadena location. Both locations are very nice. I didn't wait very long to be seen. My concerns were heard and thoroughly evaluated. Xrays were completed in the offices and had MRI at main hospital. Very quick appointments. Treatment plan was made and I have no complaints on how things are moving forward and confident in Dr. Wallace's recommendations.
Don’t bother with this place. Why would you set an appointment for a certain time then say well you have to be here an hour before to run tests. Doesn’t make any sense, set the appointment time for what is scheduled then run the tests when the appointment starts. They’re acting like this is a class in Astro Physics, not to complicated
