Fixed my deviated septum. Went incredibly smooth and couldn’t be happier. Also was great to talk to before the procedure to put my parents mind at ease.
We went to 4 doctors prior to Dr DeSerres. All were unable to give us a definitive diagnosis. Dr DeSerre was able to provide a diagnosis, determine a plan and perform a successful surgery. Throughout she was professional, knowledgable, confident and a credit to her profession. We saw her in her office, in the hospital and via Telehealth. We would rate her 6 Stars if we could.
Dr. Deserres had provided our daughter with most caring and expert treatment in the midst of a complex and challenging situation. We are forever grateful.
Dr. Merer preformed a complex emergency procedure on our daughter. We are so pleased with the outcome. Dr. Merer was also very gracious, caring and answered all our questions. We are very grateful.
Dr. DeSerres is the best ENT I have ever had in my entire life, After my previous ENT retired, (didnt't seen him so often as I got older, but hated seeing ents as a kid,..), Just a couple years ago, Dr. Desseres phenomenally preformed my much needed tympanoplasty that had to wait 10 years to be done,. she was wonderful throughout he whole process, through pre op consultation, surgery, and post op, and even audiologic needs. Doctor seems to over book and does not monitor her staff. I waited 75 minutes to see Dr. DeSerres. I made it known to the receptionist that I was there 20 minutes before the gentleman and his son and I should go before him. She then spoke to the medical assistant or nurse and informed her that she should be taking from the bottom and not the top of the list. Dr. DeSerres has taken care of both of my children and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Long wait times
I could not be happier with my son's visit with Dr. Merer. He is amazing with children. We visited because the pediatrician advised to have his ear checked as something seemed to be lodged in there and he wasn't sure what it was nor could he get it out. Dr. Merer was super friendly and informative every step of the way, displaying the utmost patience with a very fidgety and curious 4 year old wanting to know what and touch everything in the office was.
