All round good experience. Took health issues seriously and conducted proper checks
I have been in this medical practice for 4 years and they are absolutely brilliant. Always answer the phone, reception staff are lovely and go above and beyond if needed no matter who deals with you. I have full trust in every doctor I have seen. They are always, thorough, kind and easy to talk to. I have been in around 8 or so practices over the years and this one is fantastic. Thank you 😊
Horrible Staff ! Keep passing over with one to another with the promise on a call back for a prescription of medication referred from the hospital saying they didn’t received the letter than all of a sudden did, but after a 4,5 hours wait and telling that they close at 5 ! And to collect medication on a Monday ? Really unorganised and not helpful!
Repeatedly confirmed appointments on incorrect date and when show up for appointment it’s always oh sorry my colleague has done it incorrectly. More training needed for reception staff if they struggle to read a calendar.
