Horrible doctor. Blames everything on anxiety and doesn’t listen to his patients at all. Make sure to read your after visit notes because he will lie and when you call it out and ask him to fix it, he doesn’t. I’ve had over 25 abnormal test results in the 3+ years I’ve been going to him and what has he done for me? Absolutely nothing. Dr McNaughton is just great He listens to you and does not rush He truly wants to help you and make sure you are understanding everything. The visit starts with his assistant Deena who is always smiling and a welcoming person She makes sure you are comfortable and listens to your reason for your visit . And the new office is fabulous!!
Been with Dr Mcnaughton and his staff for several years now. He and the staff have walked me through a few medical issues successfully. They have more than earned my trust and respect. Grateful.
I am really bummed out to write this review but I think people should be aware that there is something horribly wrong with how they do their billing here. I went to the doctor because I had a white spot in my throat, spent 10 minutes in the exam room. I was billed $150 for my appointment AFTER insurance. Had I gone to urgent care or anywhere else I would never have a copay this high for a run of the mill doctors appointment.
