I rented from David McDonald rentals about 6 years ago and i had not a single problem with them. My hubby was deployed and when i needed maintenance they came usually the same day. We have recently moved back to the area and we are again renting from them and again not a single issue when we had a maintenance issue he came the same day. As long as i am paying my rent they don t bother me and i don t bother them. Very peaceful!!

My husband and I rented a newly remodeled house from this company. The rent was a bit high for our taste but the house was the nicest place we had come across because at the time we were having a difficult time trying to find a place to live. While the house is very nice, the staff takes a very very long time to fulfill maintenance requests. I was going through a divorce and moved into one of their mobile home parks as a single mother. Theres nothing like people knocking on your door begging for money or getting in & out of your vehicle without kids constantly asking for candy, drinks, whatever. Parents did NOT watch their children around there. The bug man came once a month but barely sprayed. The mobile home I was in was older and already had a BAD roach problem.
