This place was excellent in explaining and kept their promised date to pick up my vehicle. The service advisor Dennis Harden was professional and very responsive to my questions. Good job Dennis and Parkplace Bodywerks, Plano.
Had an insurance repair done on a Lexus 450h, and it was as painless as humanly possible! Ron was extremely helpful, the shop kept me up to date on the status of repairs, and they made the acquisition/return of the rental car super simple. If I knew they were going to attempt to detail the inside of the car after repairs, I would have cleaned it out beforehand, so to the techs who tried to clean around all the junk: I'm sorry it was so gross, and thank y'all for trying your best to get it clean! 😂
I had to leave my brand new truck at park place after someone backed up on my door. I was very upset and stressed to see my new vehicle damaged. Ron at Park place provided great costumer service and took care of everything. The truck came back looking like brand new again. Great customer service and great body work!
