This repair shop is rubbish. If you need to repair your car body, don't choose this shop. If you need anything, they won't answer the phone or shirk responsibility. The service there is super bad.
Great service and efficient on every claim!
Unfortunately someone ran into my new car with less than 6,000 miles on it. Park Place Bodywerks made it new again. Chris Landry was our service advisor and was excellent. The front office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They were streamlined and efficient, helped to arrange the rental and transportation. They worked with me to repair the car to pre-collision standards and it looks showroom new. The experience was very easy and convenient, five star service.
