Melissa Dison went above and beyond in helping me not only check in my car, she helped get the right rental car and kept me informed! Park Place did an excellent job restoring my car to better than it was before the accident. Thank you so much!
Dennis was awesome, kept me informed all along the process…and work was perfect and one time!
Melissa who received my car at the Honda David McDavid Plano was awesome. Gave me great advice and a clear picture of what to expect. Was friendly and made me feel like great after a not so great experience of a wreck. Ron who was my collision guy was great and the work they did was exceptional. My car basically looks new and it’s a 2014 Honda civic! I would highly recommend the team at Park Place Bodywerks. From the reception to the pickup of your car they are phenomenal and they work they do is impeccable.
I bought my Toyota @ Park Place Lexus Grapevine and had one of (if not the smoothest and quickest) car buying experience I’ve ever had. Furthermore, I had a very minor potential auto body repair that Chris Landry @ Plano resolved for me quick and easy. Thank you Park Place for being amazing in every way.
