Made me drive 40 minutes to the shop. When I got there the door was locked, then stopped picking up my call. Very unprofessional.

Chris Landry and his team (especially Emily at the front desk) were exceptional in managing our 2024 Acura Repair job. They were always extremely courteous, responsive and informative during the repair process. Our insurance company had some "issues," Chris was able to address those and keep the repair on schedule. It was a pleasure to work with Chris and his team.
Excellent repair work and great customer service. My car is back to new again!!!
