I had to take our Lexus RX to Body Werks recently regarding a windshield issue. VINH PHAN was extremely patient and understanding of my issue. He personally went back to the body shop and insured the technician understood the problem and returned the car totally fixed. VINH was professional and courteous all times! Thanks VINH!!!
