They did a fantastic job on my repair. It's better than new!

My car looks brand new and I really appreciated working with Dennis, he was calming and reassuring and I was very impressed with his intergerty and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him. From reception to service everyone is very friendly and helpful. I took my car expecting to need paint repair and instead, Chris polished away the scratches. Much to my surprise, there was no charge. I would not consider going anywhere else for work on my car.
Park Place Bodywerks Plano, did a really good job on our 2025 ES350 Lexus, they kept me updated on the progress. To my surprise they told me I had a warranty on the work they did. They have called a couple of times to make sure I am satisfied witht the work. I am.
I brought my 2025 ES350 to the body shop, they did a good job on the outside, but inside the door frames the paint is like orange peel. So disappointed the let this car go out looking like this. I had expected much better. I am hoping to they will do somthing to make this right.
