this is a luxury shop! they do excellent quality work, however... I cannot give them, anything more than two stars simply because they charge at the very top end of hourly rate and then charge, almost a full hour, to disconnect the battery and put caps on... when I asked I was advised that it's standard for every single repair service and they wouldn't comment on the time... It takes about 5 minutes to disconnect the battery put caps on the terminals and a bag/sock on the leads .. Therefore I cannot recommend, or give this s... read more
My 1209 Lexus Service referred me to Park Place Bodywerks Plano to check my car's frame, which they thought might be bent because they were unable to align all the wheels. The contacts at Park Place were totally responsive to my situation (I don't want to purchase a new car at this time. The mechanic at Park Place aligned my car within a few minutes and produced a totally green (all wheels aligned to within specifications). Today I changed the Service Shop for my 1209 Lexus to Park Place Bodywerks Plano.
I brought my vehicle here for the first time for body repair. The craftsmanship on the repair was great but the issues I encountered were so many. First I was never given a date of completion, tracking through website never had an updated expected time just the cost of repair, my advisor rarely returned voicemails unless insurance communicated with my advisor, text update system does not work, pick phone communication instead, my vehicle’s jack was used but never properly put back in its place, vehicle was delayed due to par... read more

I recently had two Lexus vehicles in this shop for hail damage repairs. Gary Nelson was my point of contact, and he did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. Gary handled all the necessary communications with my insurance company and obtained quick approval of the necessary supplements to the initial repair estimates.
