Was not impressed with this physician in how we spoke to my 75 yr old mother in new patient appointment. Dr McCoy was rude, critical, and belittled her for being on prescription peptide therapy to support mitochondria that her Endocrinologist prescribed. Not respectful of her other providers recommendations despite the obvious lack of education on the therapies, and rushed the appointment. Disgusted with how your office treated my mother.
I received a $1280.00 Invoice yesterday from the pharmacy who provides my Botox injections for my migraines. I’ve been going here for several years. I was told by Melissa in front office on the phone that my Botox was there at their office, arrived Oct. 7th for my upcoming appt, in November. I told her my insurance changed to Medicare, in which she said it would be covered. I specifically made sure to ask again to make sure, where she reassured me that it was covered.
