Disgusted with how your office treated my mother.
I received a $1280.00 Invoice yesterday from the pharmacy who provides my Botox injections for my migraines. I’ve been going here for several years. I was told by Melissa in front office on the phone that my Botox was there at their office, arrived Oct. 7th for my upcoming appt, in November. I told her my insurance changed to Medicare, in which she said it would be covered. I specifically made sure to ask again to make sure, where she reassured me that it was covered. I was driving my daughter to an appointment on a very rainy day 05/06/2025. While driving to our 830 am appointment, that has been previously rescheduled and canceled 4 times by the doctor’s office, yes they cancelled her appointments. So, while on the way to the appointment we noticed we were running 5 mins -10 behind in the first appointment slot. At initial appointment he confirmed my peripheral neuropathy by simply watching me walk a few steps in the hallway, and stated (bragged) he had a 90 percent success rate treating my condition. He ordered CT brain scan and more tests in his office at follow up appointment.
