WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought my wife a wedding ring from here only 3 years ago. I wanted to support small business and I decided to spend big money here instead of Kay jewelers. Fast forward to now and one of the diamonds fell out of my wife’s ring. If it’s a well built ring, this shouldn’t happen, but it did, and I would expect a company to warranty their work. Great experience here. I’ve gone in twice for different watch issues and he was very friendly and accommodating. He was even able to fix both problems while I waited.
Outstanding service! Had a quick repair on a watch and I was in and out in No time. Would highly recommend!
