Dr. Maxfield saved my life. Mike has been awesome as well the whole staff and physical therapy. I need to do the work to recover now but with all their help I know I'll get there.

DR. MAXFIELD AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL! That said; check in is a nightmare. Standing in long lines after on-line and phone check-in is to much! People are in pain and need to get to where they are going. You need way more staff at that front kiosk. Also, valet parking would be such a blessing. You could come to the Dr. Independent, not needing help from the parking lot to the building. Thank you, Iva Carter
