Being able to listen and understand what a patient wants is really the most important skill we have. I think we're all able to technically do the surgeries, but I think the most important skill to have is sitting down and talking with patients and families and figuring out what the path forward for them looks like with the life they want to live.

Dr. Neil was very professional and carry. He listened intently to all of my concerns assessed the situation and came up with a plan that suited me and my needs. I felt he cared about me. His staff at front desk were just as caring as he was.
