Under no circumstance should this company be used for appraisals. There are 20 homes in our private community. My home has an elevator, screened back porch , detached , and a generator-features that over 90% of the homes in our community DO NOT have-with an average estimated valuation of 800K for all homes in the community. Our appraisal was less than 700K. I think this warrants an investigation.

I left a few (voicemail) messages for a home appraisal request and no one would ever return my call. I even sent them an email from their website and still no response. You will probably be better off looking elsewhere for your appraisal needs for someone who is more responsive and will at least acknowledge they have received your information. Do better if this is your business!
