Very poor service we booked to view a property, nobody arrived from Palmer and Palmer, no communication from the estate agent, no apology when phoning to ask why nobody arrived, I would not recommend this estate agent sloppy service, we were cash buyers !!!!!
Jonathon Green at David Martin Estate Agents has been absolutely brilliant right from our first meeting through to completion day. I would have no problem at all in recommending this firm. They were competitive on price and were very quick to photograph and put the property details into the market. They found a buyer within the first week of the details being published and although a small hiccup in the middle where the first buyers dropped out they were replaced very quickly. I have had David Martin as my letting agents for the last 3 years and they have been amazing! If there was ever a problem they were quick to send someone round to fix it. Highly professional and extremely friendly and personable. In my opinion, after over 15 years of renting, they are the best in the area!
