I was referred to David by the company legal plan after caught by one of the worst ticket traps in the state. David helped me to lower the fine amount as well as reduced the violation to something that has no points(which is more important than the fine). He knows the law very well, and is very dependable and thorough. I wish that I will never need to hire a lawyer again but I know who to call if I have to have one. I've use Dave for two violations that I've had in the past year and he is the best. He is very responsive and knowledgeable about the law and how each court is run. He's been practicing for years and has a good rapport with Cobb, Dekalb and Fulton county. He will either meet with you or call to discuss potential options and strategy. The receptionist/ paralegal is very rude and definitely tacky over the phone. She has a superior tone and seems very unhappy in her personal life so she brings it to work and throw callers off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE BASED ON MY FIRST CONTACT WITH THE RECEPTIONIST NOT THE ATTORNEY.
