March 10, 2024 David and I had a brief conversation on the phone regarding my situation with Bank of America and a fraud claim which they refused to investigate properly or reimburse after denying my claim. David was quick to inform me of my rights per the FTC and consumer laws and what actions he would be able take against BoA to include treble 3x damages which would amount to over 10k with paid Attorney fees.
