First off they are very nice very accommodating. I went to his local office near me for my first visit and determine that I need cataract surgery Then the following day they sent me to one of his other offices in Evansville, Indiana to take pictures of my eyes to get the correct lenses ordered for my surgery They sent three antibiotics to the pharmacy for me to get for my eyes to start three days before surgery The day that I picked up my prescriptions I got a phone call from them right at closing time saying that my insuran... read more
Very happy with my husbands whole process, from first appt. , to cataract surgery and follow up. Dr Malitz is very professional and listens to pt.
Said they contacted my Insurance and they did not. Charged me for sedation I declined it. Left on the table for a long time with eye left wide open. Be Careful. They charge you for The facility where they do the surgeries that is not accepted by most Insurance plans so then I want to set up a payment plan for you to pay them . :-( I am not the only one that they’ve done this to.
