Just had the front desk lady make me wait for an hour just to tell me I was lying about being in the waiting room at the appropriate time of my appointment. I knew exactly when I was sitting in the room down to the minute and she accused me of lying. I took time from work to be here and just wasted it
The elevator was broken and they have no clue when it will be fixed. Your patients are old with Rheumatoid issues. If your elevator is broken you should call the patient to inform them. Call your building manager and find out when it will be repaired.
I was a bit leery to see Dr. Makover because he had negative reviews. But I can say from the office staff to the doctor everyone was pleasant and extremely professional.
Terrible experience. The receptionist is always extremely rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this practice whatsoever.
The staff are very kind. Dr. Makover is the kind of Dr. you meet for the first time and feel you known him awhile. Very relaxed and knowledgeable
