The office staff is the most disorganized, unprofessional that I have ever had to call, wait or wait for a call back . From February 2024 to July 2024, they could not locate my test results which were faxed over from a nearby hospital by several times over. The physician is too busy to call and explain test results! If I pay for a physician to see, do not tell me to use MyChart! I am not schooled to understand a medical report!
