I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. David M. Truong, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent care I received. From the very beginning, Dr. Truong was professional, kind, and reassuring. He took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and ease my worries which meant a lot since I was very nervous going in. On the day of the procedure, everything went smoothly. After several attempts to call for an appointment and leaving messages, they still never called me back. Finally, when I called again and someone answered, the receptionist spoke poorly to me and didn’t even give me an appointment. She told me to have my doctor call to book it for me! I then called and requested to change my referral so I don’t have to go to this unprofessional office
This office is fantastic. They have gone out of their way to assist my granddaughter in getting her Humira. The Doctor is very knowledgeable in direction her care and Vickie has gone above and beyond in helping with her medication and getting necessary reports to the Doctor for approval. Thanks to all who have assisted. I 100% recommend this office
Dr. David Troung is very wise and helpful. Rather than just prescribing medication he will recommend a book to learn more about how to reverse pre diabetes, he will give you short term goals to lose weight and control your sugar consumption. I highly recommend Dr. Troung.
