The waiting room was decorated tastefully. There were magazines available which was a welcome change from a blaring tv. Patients were called on time which left the small room uncrowded. Every procedure was explained in detail. Dr. Skoop exuded warmth and authenticity. My only concern was the paperwork. I wondered why the forms couldn't be completed electronically.
