When I called in January to book an appointment the next available time wasn’t until August 2026. They just called today to reschedule since the doctor will be oot and said I could be seen in December. Literally ridiculous.
Dr Shapiro is one of the most responsive doctors at Northwestern. His kind calm manner is only equaled by his quick answers to any questions and prescriptions. Highly recommend. Joan
