Dr Roden was very good attending to our issue. Very professional and explained things very clearly as he went along. His office staff was very friendly and they got us in within a couple hours..OUTSTANDING!!
Have been to urgent care twice! they were great but to be referred to an ENT as I needed. I have to go back for a third time a friend recommended Dr. Cox‘s office in Midland. I called there. They did get me in in three days and I saw another doctor. He was very Kurt wore a mask and I thought treated me indifferently. Like didn’t believe me I could not hear finally did a hearing test. Very kind Dr listens thoroughly. Does a thorough job and tells you everything ask you if you have any questions I would recommend him to anybody. The staff is very kind. The office is very clean. I can’t say enough.
Dr Roden & his staff are amazing! From check in to the nurse who saw me before doctor; to Dr Roden; to procedure scheduling; to check out, they were top tier! I hate the scope down my nose (not painful, just uncomfortable) but Dr Roden talked to me throughout the procedure & it calmed me down. He told me everything that he was going to do. I have a paralyzed vocal chord (from anterior neck surgery) so I have had this procedure before from a very good ENT (I liked him too) near Grand Rapids & Dr Roden was even better.
