Dr. Reeves and his staff are extremely professional and caring at a time when customer service has all but disappeared. From the first exam, where Dr. Reeves introduced himself as Dave through my post op suture removal, each contact with anyone in the practice was personal and never rushed. At all times I felt confident I was receiving the best care available. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their specialty services.
I had a root canal last May with another endodontist. Come December, I found a complication. I wanted a second opinion (hoping it wasn't the root canal) so two family memebers recommended I see Dr. Reeves. I went in for a consult and sure enough I had to get it taken care of. They took their time with me. Dr. reeves explained the procedures and even told me "if I were you, I'd try to save the tooth," and even explained the procedure for an extraction.
