This office is an absolute joke! I had surgery with the doctor last year. I’ve had three follow up appointment appointments canceled because the doctor isn’t in the office the days of my appointment that they scheduled today. I had an appointment at 2:30. I got there at two because it said to be there 30 minutes early. His office doesn’t know how to answer a phone apparently. I have left messages and called for days trying to schedule an appt after I’ve been given an order to be seen by him… either grossly incompetent or some other issue is at play. Either way very poor customer service practices. Told me I needed to get imagine to schedule after I already had a doctors order. Now that I paid for the imaging they’re avoiding my calls. It’s about to be a problem for you
Very informative and detailed information was presented to me regarding my issue. I am very comfortable with the manner in which Dr. Panczykowski provided me with not only an adequate update on the status of my prior surgery he performed but affirmed that my was post op procedure was progressing very well. In addition, he offered advice on how to mitigate the various areas of discomfort I mentioned via applying exercising methods directly on the area of treatment.
Dr. Panczykowski is an excellent neurosurgeon who genuinely cares for his patients.
