I cannot say enough great things about Dr. David Lauck. From the moment you walk into the office, you are treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Love Dr. Lauck. He is a fantastic listener and fast at responding. My entire family sees him, and we have several physicians in the family. If he has openings, make him your PCP.
I am giving a 5 star because my review is not intended to lower their reputation, however I could not be seen. I was trying to decide between private paid care and this office. I specifically wanted to work with Dr. Lauck. The community page and Cigna page showed he was taking new patients. He is not. Further though, the one person in the office who is taking new patients cannot even see anyway to start care until August. This is a sad statement on healthcare. I will be going private because that is not acceptable.
