I felt no empathy, compassion or concern from Dr. Kuentz, at all! When you tell your doctor how much pain you’re experiencing and he does nothing; what else can you conclude?
Have seen Doc K for many years. I absolutely trust him and know he listens to my needs.
Dr. Kuentz is a provider who is truly concerned and invested in his patients. He listens to his patient’s concerns, shows dignity, and answers thoroughly in a manner which his patients can understand. We have been going to see Dr. Kuentz for many years now, and realize how blessed we are to be doctoring in the MetroHealth system as a whole.
