The wait was over an hour and a half. And the staff basically said to make an appointment at a different location if I didn’t want to wait like that. How about don’t schedule that many patients so we don’t have to wait that long??? Good dr but I shouldn’t have to wait like that because of fit ins. And three weeks for an MRI at a close location is ridiculous. The patient should have the option to go somewhere else, outside of your practice that’s quicker, if they can not accommodate it in a reasonable timeframe that is close ... read more
My experience was very pleasant with everyone at Florida Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Donahue is so nice and his staff was so helpful. They were extremely busy the day i was there, but everyone was very apologetic about my wait. He was very thorough with my care as well. I am happy with my choice in the office.
