While the wait was unnecessary and the front desk staff unprofessional, Dr Lin took the time necessary to explain the potential procedure we are considering. He spent amble time with us and didn't rush. He answered all of our questions and used terms we could understand! Look beneath the surface so you may judge correctly :-)
My experience with David Lin was absolutely horrific. He did the THD surgical procedure on me and my pain level after the procedure was a 12/10. By far the worst pain I've ever had in my life. During the consultation he did not explain the amount of pain I would have instead he said I would feel pressure. The pain I had was unbearable and he refused to prescribe any pain medication because he said it would cause constipation. This is the most disappointing and painful experience I've ever had.
Dr. Lin along with all of his staff members made my experience in his office exactly what you should expect as a patient. They were welcoming, friendly and had a calming professional manner about them. I was extremely nervous and Dr. Lin eased my anxiety and made me feel confident in his care. I would absolutely recommend him!
