Both the provider and the technical assistant were crystal clear in their instructions, and their diagnosis, and in their recommended treatment. The encounter was friendly., Efficient and effective. Frankly, I was delighted. I would add that I was able to get an appointment within five days of my initial call. This contrasted with wait times as high as two months in other venues. I am extremely happy with the care that I received at the hands of Dr. Li And his assistant, Vivi.
