1st time meeting him and he didn't address my concerns, rushed through the appointment and basically kept pushing what kind of birth control did I want on. I have a history of medical issues. His nurse was super nice, but he needs to retire & I left with no answers.
He didn't treat me like a human being. He was short and acted like I was taking up too much if his time. Didn't even address one of my biggest issues and refused treatment for a very large ovarian cyst. He was very rough and the way he talks to people leaves a lot to be desired. His staff is great, but he is a horrible Dr and I will suffer before I see him again.
Honestly, at first, I wasn't impressed w/ Doctor Caldwell. He would 'whip' quickly through my appointments and had NO bedside manner. In an OB/GYN, that has always been important to me. However, he's really changed his whole attitude and disposition with me during the last 2-3 years. He's attentive, detailed, listens intently, & really cares about my well-being. His nurse, PAM, is SPECTACULAR! I adore her & she always remembers me & goes above & beyond. She responds immediately to my calls.
