Purchased and sold our home with David. It was a challenge getting updates, had to constantly follow up to get any information. On the sale, we closed on the 30th , got our money on the 3rd and the bank only sees it on the 6th . All the while I pay the interest. One day it is the Bank’s fault, the next it is that they are too busy. Who knows but the client gets screwed. Find another Firm.
