He is the rudist person even mean to the kids playing in his grass cussed us out because one of the kids climbed his tree and cracked a branch
A nice place to live. The landlord is very understanding and helpful. Neighbors look out for one another and keep an eye in each other's property. It is a quiet peaceful neighborhood with kind and respectful residents.
not very nice place to live in my opinion but that's just me but then again I ve been homeless myself for a yr or longer and I would live in a shack as long as it had roof over my head at night so.
I have lived here for nearly 15 years it is clean and the landlord maintains it and the trailers well he is picky about who he rents to and can get upset if people tear things up all the bad reviews I see are from people who have lived here and not paid rent or caused some kind of trouble or damage he is reasonable and has worked with me many times I love it here the only bad thing is it is a small park and rarely has any vacancies
I love that this trailer park maintains decent driveways and clean yards because when u share land you keep it clean., I wonder if any are rent to own?
