Dr Lee is a young man with very definite ideas about medicine and very little understanding of elderly people. He may some day be a good doctor but he's not there yet. He seems to have little empathy for his patients. I think there's even a bit of contempt, a feeling of "Why do these people let themselves get in such a sorry state." He always seems rushed.
