BUYER BEWARE - UNETHICAL, PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES! If you have a problem tenant - Steer clear of this guy like your entire financial wellbeing depends on it, because it does. He will exacerbate the problem and make it worse while simultaneously being no help at all. $2000 to type 2 letters, have 2 phone calls and answer a couple emails.
