So I went to my appointment today at noon, as scheduled. I had already done my pre-check yet even after having done that and uploaded my insurance information they still needed to see my insurance cards. I was waiting about 5 minutes, and the receptionist turned to me and said, “The doctor wants to go to lunch, so we need to reschedule you“. “Are you kidding?
