Prior to entering the office I felt a normal sense of anxiety. However, once inside I was immediately relieved. The receptionist was very cordial and polite. The assistant received me with a very relaxing tone and clearly explained her roll. She also, explained and conducted all necessary needed procedures before the doctor could provide an evaluation. Our oldest son struggles with anxiety and Dr Lange was so great at getting on his level and explaining everything. A year into braces and we couldn’t be happier with the team and the outcomes so far.
