Dr Lam has been my oncologist for several years. He always includes me in decisions. I value his knowledge and advice. The department was very busy today, a full lobby, yet all of the staff was at ease and friendly. No rushing. All smiles per usual. It’s nice to know I always get the nicest treatment every time.
