I was pleased with the entire staff. Enjoyed the visit.
Very Friendly Staff, I was greeted immedately coming into the building. My wait time was not long. Dr. Laird, is very professional and has given me enough information to process quickly to make a necessary decision immediately. He has a very calming presence. I was able to talk freely about my concerns. Dr. Laird is very confident and very assuring of his procedure for me and my next steps going forward. Dr.Laird is a great doctor & surgeon and has a wonderful attitude when interacting with his patients. He’s been my go-to twice with no regrets. More importantly, he operated on my son, who has autism & is hearing impaired. His team was together with my son when he went down for his surgery, and they were all right there when my son woke up. I loved that! And I love that my son’s scar is hard to see because Dr. Laird does beautiful stitches. Did I say he has a fabulous bedside manner that instills trust? He sure does. Dr laird was very professional. I have delt with this issue many years but never understood it. Now, after talking to him, I do understand! The whole staff that I delt with was great...Tamara, Jennifer, Melissa, Vanessa and Dr. Laird! I would highly recommend this office!
